PKM Capital, LLC is a start-up Real Estate company in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area. It is the mission of PKM to rehabilitate homes and provide housing to individuals of the communities within the vicinity of Philadelphia, PA and its surrounding residential areas. PKM Capital, LLC will be a full service real estate business utilizing RWD Enterprises as its resource and strategic partner.

THE COMPANY

PKM Capital will be a limited liability partnership registered in the state of Arizona for tax purposes. Its founders are Mark Dillon, Kevin Colfer, and Paul Dietterich. Also, utilizing RWD Enterprises, Founder, Bob DeBolt as a strategic partner to source, acquire, and sell residential homes, condos, etc. within the target areas of PA and NJ to benefit the communities and people within. The company plans to be leveraged through private capital obtained through a line of credit in the $500k range through a limited number of loans facilitated by Continental Bank and Cash from the partners of PKM. The company started acquiring homes in October 2013. The company's main clients will be people looking for a community that can offer an affordable and comfortable lifestyle of living for their families. Since Mr. DeBolt knows and understands the RE market's needs and has over 10 years of RE experience he believes that he can appeal to such clients far more than most other competitors in the marketplace.

MISSION

It is the mission of PKM to provide homes to non profit organizations and individuals benefitting the community, located in the Philadelphia PA, and the NJ areas. RWD Enterprises being the real estate company and strategic partner with PKM providing foreclosure opportunities to them within the given vicinities. The three year goals for PKM Capital, LLC (PKM) are the following: -Achieve profitability within the first year. -Finalize and expand our contract with RWD Enterprises to broker real estate property in the PA and NJ area and continue to provide foreclosure opportunities to us. -Establish long-term relationships with our clients, RWD Enterprises, and Continental Bank to grow and maintain the acquiring, selling, and sourcing of homes to the desired residential buyers.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Start-up expenses and funding required are modest. They include expenses on purchases, rehabilitation costs, and the rest in cash needed to support carrying costs until revenues reach an acceptable level. Most of the company's liabilities will come from outside sub contractor fees and management investment, however, we have current borrowing from Continental Bank in 2014 and the principal to be paid off as homes are sold providing fee income to the Bank. The 2 recent projects below that have been acquired or completed have been all cash.
